About the Firm

A Small Firm, By Design

Qingxi Law Firm was founded by Yu-Lun Lin, Esq. in Linkou, New Taipei City. The firm focuses on criminal defense, civil litigation, sexual-harassment prevention, and workplace investigations.

Qingxi is deliberately a solo practice. Every matter, from the first consultation to research, drafting, and court appearances, is handled personally by Attorney Lin, and knowledge of each case stays within the smallest circle bound by attorney-client confidentiality.

The firm's name reflects its working principle: explain the procedure clearly, state both the possibilities and the limits honestly, and stay with the client through the outcome.

Workplace Investigations

External Investigator Services

Under Taiwan's workplace-bullying regulations taking effect in 2026 within the Occupational Safety and Health Act framework, employers must maintain prevention measures and conduct proper investigations of bullying and harassment complaints. Attorney Lin is listed in the Ministry of Labor's talent pools of workplace-bullying and workplace sexual-harassment investigation professionals, and serves as an external commissioner on government sexual-harassment review committees. He is available to serve as an external investigator or investigation-committee member for corporate cases.

Procedural Compliance
Investigations are run in line with the Act of Gender Equality in Employment and the workplace-bullying rules, reducing the risk of procedural defects that lead to regulatory correction or reversal in later litigation.
Neutrality and Credibility
An external professional gives both the complainant and the respondent stronger grounds to trust the findings, which lowers the likelihood of follow-on disputes.
Findings That Hold Up
Years of deliberating harassment cases on government review committees inform how evidence is weighed and facts are found, so the investigation report can withstand later scrutiny.

Bilingual (Chinese and English) documentation is available on request for multinational employers.
